Real estate agencies usually place only a part of real estate offers with the telephone numbers of the respective agency, while on www.locuinte.md portal you have access to the whole database with the direct telephone number of the owner of each property.

It is necessary to be logged in to place a real estate announcement: click ‘log in’, ‘registration’, and write a valid e-mail address, a password will be sent on it. Check the respective e-mail. Write your e-mail address in ‘log in’ division and the received password. Fill in ‘obligatory’ spaces of your profile. To place an announcement in any real estate subdivision (for sale, to buy, for rent, to rent) select ‘placement/modification’ icon.

Individual users can place one free of charge announcement per day.

Your announcement will be placed during a month.

To modify an already placed announcement, log in, click on ‘placement/modification’ icon, select the announcement you would like to modify and click on ‘modification’ icon.

www.locuinte.md is a commercial portal, users who would like to place more than one announcement must contact the site’s administrator to sign a collaboration agreement. In this way, it is possible to place more than one announcement daily (paid), depending on chosen package.

You can find for sale announcement of new locuinte (see the ‘locative building’ division), as well as wide range of apartments, houses, agricultural lands, destined for construction lands, commercial buildings and others (see the ‘real estate’ division).

For sale, to buy, for rent placed by construction companies, private persons, real estate agents (see ‘real estate’ division).

A special offer of www.locuinte.md portal is a promoted real estate announcement (paid), which is placed by a construction company, a real estate agency or a private person during a certain period of time, in certain subdivisions and in a certain order.

The portal’s system daily verifies the number of entries to real estate announcements or locative buildings and displays three the most visited announcements on its homepage.
