The rights:
Individual users, registered on www.locuinte.md have the right to place one free of charge announcement per day in the real estate division (any subdivision). Www.locuinte.md is a commercial portal, users who would like to place more than one announcement must contact the site’s administrator to sign a collaboration agreement.
The following announcements are NOT welcome on www.locuinte.md:
- Announcements which promote hate, intolerance or discrimination, censored announcements;
- Announcements which do not harmonize with the chosen type and the category.
Www.locuinte.md reserves the right to delete any announcement without prior notice and without any explanation. It reserves the right to ban any e-mail and/or IP address as well (IT IS NOT possible to place announcements from the banned e-mail or IP addresses on this portal!).

E-mail:
Www.locuinte.md publishes announcements confirmed from valid e-mail addresses only. Those who wish to place a real estate announcement are obliged to log in on the basis of a valid e-mail address, a password will be sent on it (you may change the password at your choice later).

Final Conditions:
LOCUINTE-net SRL reserves the right to make any modifications of the above stipulations, as well as any modifications of www.locuinte.md portal and its structure, including modifications which could affect the portal, without any prior notice.
